ASSISTANT, FRIEND, MOTHER
Her final dream was for her daughter to be "independently" successful. After graduating at age 40 from SMU with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, together we set out to make our dream come true.
Selflessly, she gave of herself learning about FSBOs, expireds, writing thank you cards, organizing marketing materials, filing, managing client documents, hand delivering special documents, assisting in preparing for client meetings, shopping for client gifts and entertaining special clients in Atlantic City.
Ah yes, Atlantic City . . . her only passion outside of her family. Here you see her enjoying the glitz and glamour of New Years Eve at Trump Taj Mahal Casino with her friends one final time. (Yes, I actually let her have a day off!)
Shortly after this picture was taken, my loving Mother, Mary Patrizio, ascended into Heaven to be with Our Lord and her loving husband of 42 years, Jerry Patrizio. We are all sad to see her depart from our lives, but happy to see her reunited.
I owe special thanks for the overwhelming support of colleagues at Weichert, Realtors and the dedicated clients who had come to know and luv us. Hats off to you all for enabling me to have another successful year and continuing on in your confidence in my abilities despite this overwhelming loss. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

(I found it in the glove compartment of her car!)

Mamma luv'd to dress up!
Here she is at a 50's party with
HER 1950's yearbook in hand.
Mamma, all I can say is I'll be back bigger and better than ever in 2009 while you and Daddy watch over me giving me the strength to carry on in my successes. Luv you and miss you both.
